HOT CIDER 
2 gal. apple juice
1 bag cinnamon red hots
30 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 c. Ginger Ale

In 30 cup perculator, pour apple-juice and red hots. Finish filling up to the line with Ginger Ale. In basket spread evenly the cloves and cinnamon sticks. Let perk at least 15 minutes.
