HOT CINNAMON CIDER 
3 qts. apple juice or cider
1/3 c. red cinnamon candies
1 tbsp. whole allspice
3 tbsp. honey

Heat cider, cinnamon candies and allspice to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove allspice; stir in honey. 24 servings (1/2 cup each).
