WALDORF CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pt. cranberry juice cocktail
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Heat 1 cup of cranberry juice just to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice, add remaining juice and salt, stir well. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into six individual molds. Chill until firm.
