MICROWAVE CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
Scant 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk
Nutmeg
9-inch pie pan sprayed with Pam or nonstick cooking spray

In a quart measuring cup, beat 4 eggs, sugar, flour and flavorings. Add enough milk to make 3 1/2 cups mixture. Pour into 9-inch pie pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Microwave 19 minutes on 75% power. Refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
