MICROWAVE PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
4-6 tbsp. ice water

Put flour and salt in medium bowl and mix. Cut in butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Sprinkle with water while mixing lightly. Form into ball. Divide dough in half. On lightly floured surface, roll out each half to a 12" circle. Put circles over pie plates, trim and flute edges. Prick pastry with fork. Microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
