PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 heaping tbsp. crunchy or plain peanut butter

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
3-5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. peanut butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. almond extract

Melt butter, shortening, water and cocoa together in microwave for 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 13"x9" pan, sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove, let cool for 10 minutes and frost.

FROSTING: Melt butter, add rest of ingredients. Frost cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
