PEANUT BUTTER CANDY CAKE 
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
5 (.6 oz. size) Reese Peanut Butter Cups

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine water and oats. Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla; beat in eggs. Blend in oatmeal mixture. Combine dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture. Beat 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Chop peanut butter cups and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and frost.
