CHERRY TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24-30 vanilla wafers or Ritz crackers
1 can cherry pie filling

1. Line muffin tins with papers, place a cracker in each one.

2. Blend cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla with electric beaters, pour on top of each cracker.

3. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave 12 on level 8 or 3- 4 minutes or until outer edge is set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
