BAY SCALLOPS PROVINCAL 
1 lb. scallops
1/4 c. flour
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. snow peas
2 c. sliced red pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms

Rinse scallops and dry. Roll in flour. Saute in oil until tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice.
