SPINACH SALAD 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. bacon bits

DRESSING:

1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. horseradish sauce

Drain spinach by squeezing. Add onion, celery, cheese and eggs. Mix dressing ingredients together. Toss dry ingredients with dressing. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle top with bacon bits (just before serving). Yield: 6-8 servings.
