ARTICHOKE APPETIZER 
1 (14 oz.) can artichokes (drain & quarter)
2 c. shredded mozzarella
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 10 inch glass pie pan until bubbly brown at 300-325 degrees. Serve with cocktail rye.
