ORANGE-GRAPEFRUIT JAM 
7 c. sugar
2 c. water
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen grapefruit juice

Stir into water. Place on high heat. Bring to quick rolling boil. Add lemon juice and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in Certo. Add juices and mix well. Put in warm jars and screw on lid or use paraffin.
