ORANGE STRAWBERRY JAM 
3 1/4 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
2 tbsp. lime juice

Put sugar and strawberries with syrup into a large saucepan. Mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a full rolling boil; boil for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in undiluted orange concentrate and lime juice. Skim off foam with a metal spoon. Ladle into warmed glasses; seal with hot paraffin. Makes 3 2/3 cups.
