TOMATO DILL SOUP 
1 1/2 c. chopped scallion, including tops
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp. chopped dill
3 tsp. sugar
3 c. chicken stock, divided
1 c. heavy cream

Saute chopped scallion in 4 tablespoons butter. Add tomatoes, dill and sugar; cook uncovered until liquid is absorbed. Use food processor and blend.
