SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can evaporated milk
Chopped onion (amount you want)
1/2 cube butter (more, if you wish)
Pepper

Layer sliced potatoes in baking dish. Mix soup, milk, onion, pepper. Pour over potatoes. Cut butter in small pieces. Drop on top of potatoes. Cook covered 45 minutes, uncovered 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.

For a different flavor, use Campbell soup's nacho cheese instead of mushroom soup; real good.
