ORANGE GLAZED CRANBERRY PUMPKIN
BREAD
 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1/8 tsp. ground allspice

Mix all the bread ingredients except for the glaze and pour into two greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or until brown. While bread cools, mix the three glaze ingredients. Divide glaze between the loaves of bread, drizzling it over the top of each. Makes 2 loaves.
