CHICKEN AND RICE SKILLET 
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked regular white rice
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown chicken in butter in large skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from skillet. In same skillet, saute green peppers, onion in drippings until tender. Stir in water, rice, ketchup and salt. Top with brown chicken. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 30 to 35 minutes or until rice and chicken are done.
