CHOCOLATE RUM BALLS 
1 lg. pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies
2 c. ground nuts
1/3 c. rum
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. white corn syrup, approximately
Powdered sugar

Crush cookies (blender can be used). Mix all ingredients and shape into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in a tightly sealed container.
