8 oz. butter
8 oz. flour
4 oz. cornstarch
4 oz. dessert or castor sugar

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl by hand. Will form a very stiff dough. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
