JIMMY CARTER CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2/3 c. crushed dry unsalted peanuts

Mix above ingredients well, then press into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 1/3 c. chunky peanut butter 1 c. powdered sugar

Mix well (slow speed). Spread over cooled crust. 1 box instant chocolate pudding 2 3/4 c. milk

Mix with hand mixer slow speed, high speed until thick. Spread over above. Top with large Cool Whip. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and top with one grated chocolate Hershey bar. Cover and set in refrigerator several hours.
