1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. finely chopped nuts

Cream butter, salt, vanilla, and sugar well. Sift flour and add nuts. Cream gradually with butter mixture (dough will be stiff). Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Remove from oven and roll on confectioners sugar.

Bake in 350 degree oven 15 minutes.
