LASAGNA 
SAUCE:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. dried basil, crushed
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 lg. can tomatoes with juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Brown meat and drain off excess fat. Add to ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles.

CHEESE STUFFING:

1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. (or a little less) American cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all the Cheese Stuffing ingredients together. Pour a little sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Place 1 layer of noodles on it. Cover with Cheese Stuffing and Sauce. Place another layer of noodles on cheese. Cover with cheese and sauce again. Place a layer of noodles on top and cover with sauce and leftover cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
