KINDERGARTEN PUMPKIN PIE 
1 lb. can pumpkin
1 lb. marshmallows
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Cook first 4 ingredients over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Let it cool. Fold in Cool Whip and fill a 9-inch graham cracker crust.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

Mix butter, sugar and crumbs from graham crackers or buy already made pie crust. Chill for 6 hours and top with Cool Whip, if desired.
