CLAM CHOWDER | |
1. 1 gal. water 2. 2 lg. (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes 3. 1 bunch celery, chopped fine - tops and all 4. 10-15 sliced carrots 5. 1 lg. onion, chopped 6. 1 tbsp. salt 7. 1/2 tbsp. pepper 8. 3 tbsp. parsley 9. 3 (10 oz.) cans baby clams, juice and all 10. 5-6 potatoes, chopped 11. 2 chicken bouillon cubes Simmer for 2 hours - first 8 ingredients. Then add - clams, potatoes and chicken bouillon. Simmer until potatoes are soft. |
