TUNA WEDGES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
6 green onions, finely chopped
2 (7 oz.) cans solid packed tuna
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. cheese, grated

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs with fork. Add rice, onions and undrained tuna; mix well. Microwave butter in small glass container until melted. Add to tuna, along with thyme and crumbs; mix well. Spread mixture evenly in lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at high for 9 to 11 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese during last minute. Cut in wedges.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
