SOUTHWEST CORN BREAD 
1 can creamed corn
1 c. yellow cornmeal
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, well drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all together, pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Serve warm with spoon.
