DAINTY FINGERS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, grated
2 eggs
1 tbsp. curry powder
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Salt to taste
2 c. salad oil for frying

Put everything except the oil into a bowl and mix well for 5 minutes, until it is a smooth paste. Take a small piece of the paste and roll it to the shape of your little finger. Place on wax paper until all the paste is used. There will be enough for about 50 rolls.

Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown. To serve, insert a toothpick into each roll and serve with French mustard.
