CHICKEN-VEGETABLE CHOWDER 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 c. cold milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
6 oz. process American cheese loaf, cut into cubes (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. milk

Rinse broccoli under cold running water to separate; drain. Heat broccoli, celery, onion, water and broth to boiling in Dutch oven; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Shake 1 cup cold milk and the flour in a tightly covered container. Stir gradually into hot mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in chicken and 1 cup milk. Reduce heat; cook over low heat about 10 minutes. Stir in cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Stir and serve.
