EASY CHICKEN CHOWDER 
2 1/2 c. Green Giant Valley combination broccoli, cauliflower & carrots
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
5 oz. can boned chicken, drained
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain. Blend soup and milk; add to vegetables. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted. 4 servings. I sometimes add some chicken broth since it's so thick.
