CINNAMON RAISIN BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
4 tbsp. water

RAISIN FILLING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 c. raisins

ICING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Milk

Dough: Cream butter and sugar, then add dry ingredients. Add water last. Mix until crumbly.

Raisin Filling: Bring all filling ingredients to boil over medium heat until thick.

Icing: Mix confectioners' sugar and cinnamon adding milk to spreading consistency.

Pat in 1/2 of dough mix into an 8 x 8 inch greased baking pan. Spread with raisin filling and top with remainder of dough mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. After baking spread with Cinnamon Icing.
