ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
4 c. cubed white bread
1 c. milk
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks and juice

Mix all ingredients together except pineapple. Mix well then add pineapple. Place in a greased casserole (3 quart) and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 30 to 45 minutes. May serve warm or cold. May be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. May be served with whipped cream. Serves 6-8.
