GRILLED PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped fine
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 thick-cut loin pork chops
salt and pepper to taste

Mix oil, garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice; set aside. Score meat on both sides. Baste with lemon mixture and place on hot grill. Partially cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes per side. Turn 3 or 4 times, basting occasionally, and season with salt and pepper. For indoor baking, preheat oven to 350°F. Baste and place pork chops on racks on baking sheet.

Bake about 30 minutes, turning and basting with lemon mixture.
