FETTUCCINE WITH PEPPER SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 med. red or green sweet pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. cooking oil
12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken cut into strips (breast work best)
1 tsp. basil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded cheese
8 oz. noodles, cooked & drained

Preheat sprayed skillet. Stir fry broccoli, pepper and onion for 3-4 minutes. Remove. Add oil to skillet, add poultry. Stir fry 3-4 minutes. Add soup, water and basil to skillet; mix thoroughly. Stir in pepper mixture. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Add cheese. Cook until melted. Serve over hot pasta.
