SUNSHINE SLUSH 
3 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 ripped bananas, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
2 (12 oz.) cans pineapple juice
1 (28 oz.) bottle 7-Up or club soda
1 1/2 c. rum or vodka

Combine water and sugar and boil until the sugar is dissolved. I use the microwave. Boil gently for 3 minutes. Cool. Blend half of the pina juice and bananas until smooth. Stir into syrup. Stir in juices and rum. Freeze up to 2 months. Zip lock freezer bags work great to freeze the punch. If you make the punch non-acholic it will take it longer to thaw.

To serve, let stand 5-10 minutes. Add 7-Up down the sides of the punch bowl. The mixture should be slushy. Makes 14 small cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
