COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (in natural juice)
2 pkg. diet lime or orange gelatin
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 sm. container low calorie whipped topping

Mix together in saucepan pineapple (with juice and gelatin). Bring to a boil. (Keep a close watch so mixture does not scorch.) Remove from heat and cool. Add cottage cheese and whipped topping. Refrigerate.
