2 lbs. ground beef, browned with one medium onion (drain) 1 can pinto beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can corn (or hominy) 1 sm. can chopped green chiles 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes (pureed in blender) 1 1/2 c. water Put all in a large pot (do NOT drain any of the vegetables). For seasoning add: 1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing Mix Stir all together and heat at least 30 minutes. It's ready! |
