CHEESY CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk plus 1 tsp. vinegar
1 can cream style corn (16 oz.)
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour half the batter into a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle all the cheese. Pour remaining batter over cheese. Bake about 45 minutes or until bread tests done.
