CHERRY COCA COLA SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
2 (3 oz.) boxes cherry Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
6 oz. Coke
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat to a boiling point the sugar and water. Add pie filling and bring to a boiling point again, stirring all the time. Pour over the Jello. Add pineapple with the juice, Coke, lemon juice and nuts. Mix well. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan or glass dish and chill. Then add 1 cup of white grapes (I sometimes use a can of white grapes) and top with Cool Whip.
