CHERRY-COLA JELLO SALAD 
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can bing cherries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) cherry Jello
2 (6 1/2 oz.) bottles Coke, at room temperature

Drain juice from fruits. Add water to make 2 cups of liquid. Heat liquid to boiling, add Jello until dissolved. Add fruit, add Coke, pouring slowly so as not to foam. Pour in large bowl. Add slivered almonds or other nuts. Serves 10-12.
