LEMON SQUARES 
PASTRY:

2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
Pinch of salt

FILLING:

4 eggs
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
Grated rind of one lemon

Combine pastry ingredients and pack in 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix together filling ingredients and spread immediately on baked crust. Cook for 25 minutes more in 350 degree oven. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares. Cool and remove.
