2 c. zucchini, grated
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Squeeze water out of grated zucchini. Combine all ingredients and make into patties. Place in skillet with oil on medium high heat. Turn when brown.
