MEATLOAF - REAL GOOD 
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 lb. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. oatmeal, uncooked
4 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. tomato sauce
1 med. chopped onion
5 oz. evaporated milk
Dash pepper

Mix together. Pat into loaf. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.

SAUCE FOR MEATLOAF:

4 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 tbsp. vinegar

Heat together. Serve over meatloaf.
