POTATO - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
10 oz. chopped broccoli, frozen or fresh
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers or dry bread crumbs

Mix together hash browns and broccoli in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together next 3 ingredients. Pour second mixture into bowl containing vegetables and mix until well coated.

Put casserole into a baking dish, cover with Ritz crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or until hot and bubbly). Can substitute any vegetable.
