BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cut in 1-inch squares
1/2 lb. bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese (can use 1/2 Swiss)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Grease bottom of 7 1/2 x 11 3/4-inch Pyrex. Layer bread, bacon, cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pour mixture over layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until center is done.
