BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked rice
2 sticks butter, softened
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (20 oz.) chopped broccoli, thawed
1 lb. jar cheese whiz (Campbell's cheddar soup can be used)
2 onions, chopped

Mix above in order given. Hot rice will melt cheese and butter. Put in 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased pan. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 1 hour.
