YANKEE CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
2 tsp. chili powder or to taste
1/4 c. chopped fresh onion

Brown the meat in the butter, butter, or non-stick spray. Drain. Return the meat to the pan with undrained beans, soup, salt, chili powder and onions. Stir. Pour into 1 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4 hearty eaters. (Real Texans can add the peppers of their choice!)
