SPICED PECANS 
Beat until foamy:

1 egg white
2 tsp. water

Mix and add to egg whites:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice

Stir in until evenly coated:

1 lb. pecans, walnuts or almonds

Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes on a well greased cookie sheet.
