STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE MOLD | |
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) strawberry gelatin 2 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries 1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Stir in frozen fruit until berries are separated. Add undrained pineapple tidbits. Chill until very thick. Then stir to distribute fruits evenly. Pour in 1 1/2 quart mold or glass loaf pan. Chill until firm. |
