SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. spinach
1 Bermuda onion
1 can fancy Chinese vegetables
3 eggs, hard boiled
4 to 5 strips bacon

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. vinegar

Wash, remove vein and spin-dry spinach. Slice or chop onion. Drain vegetables. Chop hard boiled eggs. Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble. Toss all ingredients.

Blend ingredients for dressing. Add to salad mixture or serve on the side.
