HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 onion
2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 stick butter

Chop onion and saute in butter. Mix with next 5 ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Lightly brown bread crumbs in melted butter. Spread over potato mixture. cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover last few minutes to brown.
